Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to communicate in English, and the capacity to meet immunization and background-check requirements; availability may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at appointment.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must pass E-Verify employment verification.
• Must complete immunization requirements to work with children.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and provide immunization evidence.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental care and instruction for children/youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Supervises and accounts for safety during routines, activities, field trips, and events.
• Implements age-appropriate activities using prepared plans and materials.
• Assists with snacks or meals and maintains a healthy environment.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains child/youth welfare.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
