Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Serves as a first level supervisor for assigned staff and assists the Director in daily operations.
• Provides program oversight to ensure safety and customer needs are met.
• Supervises staff including assigning work, performance reviews, and leave approvals.
• Ensures facility compliance with health, fire, safety, USDA and regulatory guidance.
• Works with Director to obtain DoD certification and national accreditation.
