Job summary

ProYouth Expanded Learning is seeking a Program Leader II to support the Site Director and Program Leaders at the assigned site. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, healthy and supportive environment during expanded learning hours.

The candidate will help build a high-performing site team, ensure age-appropriate activities, and maintain compliance with CACFP and grant requirements while fostering trust with staff, students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with youth programs is desirable.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check.
• TB clearance required.
• California Driver License and adequate auto insurance.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Director in building a high-performing site team.
• Create a physically and emotionally safe environment at site for staff and students.
• Ensure CACFP food safety and meet meal/snack requirements.
• Assist with timely completion of data entry, reports and attendance.
• Build positive and professional relationships with staff, parents and school partners.
