Job summary

RiseUp seeks a supervisory team member to support Youth DSPs and youth. When the Program Manager is unavailable, you will lead the shift and ensure safe, respectful care, and smooth facility operations.

You will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, provide staff guidance, and perform Youth DSP, QMAP and emergency duties as needed, while upholding RiseUp’s mission and trauma‑informed principles.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership, interpersonal, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Must demonstrate strong time management, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to drive clients and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RiseUp’s mission and trauma‑informed principles.
• Provide supervisory support to Youth DSPs and youth; act as supervisor when PM is unavailable.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff support.
• Lead, motivate and model positive conduct for staff; perform emergency duties as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings; advocate for youth, staff and facility needs.

30 semester hours of college credit and 1 year of youth experience
