Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for Redstone Elementary in Colorado. The role supports daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures safety and compliance while guiding program development.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, partnering with families, and planning activities to foster kids' social-emotional growth and life skills, with a split shift on school days and a 30-hour week (0.75 FTE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in a child-focused field or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting program operations.
• Ability to meet state licensing and safety requirements and provide clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and direct staff to meet program goals.
• Ensure child safety through active supervision at all times.
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development.
• Assist Director in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with families and external providers to support children.
• Plan activities that develop life skills and sense of belonging.
