Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a dedicated supervisor for youth aged 10–17 in a trauma-informed residential setting. The role focuses on safety, behavioral support, and helping youth engage in daily routines that promote accountability, stability, and growth.

You will supervise in a structured environment, support academics and life-skills activities, document progress, and participate in treatment team meetings. Evening shifts may be required, with transportation for court or medical appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, youth engagement, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment with direct supervision.
• Support participation in academics, therapy groups, recreation, and life-skills activities.
• Implement behavioral management fairly and consistently.
• Conduct room checks and safety inspections.
• Assist with client intakes/discharges and family visitations.
• Document observations and incidents in required systems.
• Provide guidance on personal hygiene, social skills, and daily living.
• Transport youth for court hearings or medical appointments.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and required trainings.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
