Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the field of developmental disabilities or related area, plus two years supervisory experience or four years field experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the task.
• Ability to manage multiple locations within the state and travel as needed.
• Approved background clearance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of coordinators, AAs and DSPs in the district/region, including recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, payroll/compensation.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State Labor Regulations and funding agency requirements.
• Maintain records, logs and documentation for RISE and the state.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues, stay within budgets, assist clients with money and accounts.
• As a supervisor, ensure staff perform essential functions and support through RISE mission and values.
