Job summary

Roundup Fellowship in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Youth Program Supervisor to join the RCCF Leadership Team. You will supervise YDSPs and youth, act as the on-shift supervisor when the Program Manager is unavailable, and ensure safety and well-being of youth and staff while supporting program operations.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or equivalent with leadership experience, is 21+, and can obtain required background checks and crisis intervention certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be 21 years of age at time of hire.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years' youth experience, or 30 semester hours and 1 year of youth experience, or an associate's degree.
• Clear FBI, CBI, and TRAILS record checks.
• Flexible schedule, including on-call availability.
• Certification in Crisis Management-Safety Cares, CPR/First Aid, and QMAP (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulations and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff support.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and role modeling for staff.
• Perform Youth DSP, QMAP, and emergency duties as needed.
• Support program management and maintain professional communication.
• Advocate for youth, staff, and facility needs.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and fulfill other duties as assigned.
