Rising Ground in the Bronx seeks a Preventive Case Planner Supervisor to lead the Family Connections team, ensuring delivery of timely, quality services. The role oversees supervisors and case planners, maintaining fidelity to the Family Connections model and ACS-aligned documentation.

Immediate start with a strong focus on safety and change outcomes. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with a collaborative environment across 101 programs.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Good planning, organization and priority-setting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach case planners through Family Connections delivery.
• Ensure one hour of change-focused intervention weekly per family.
• Review progress notes and ensure fidelity to Family Connections template.
• Conduct weekly individual and group supervision for unit.
• Monitor intake timelines and ensure proper documentation.
