Young Community Developers in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Employment Specialist IV to lead employer development and participant placement within the Workforce Access Center. You will build relationships, design recruitment strategies, and coordinate referrals and trainings to move candidates into sustainable employment.

The role emphasizes employment-focused training, workshops, and collaboration with the WAC Director to align programs with labor market needs and participant goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience may substitute.
• 2+ years in workforce development, employer relations, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop employer partnerships and connect candidates with opportunities.
• Bilingual/bicultural proficiency in SF threshold language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with employers offering opportunities.
• Conduct employer outreach via calls, meetings, site visits, events and networks.
• Assess workforce needs, hiring requirements, and recruitment challenges.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding, and placement services.
• Deliver job-readiness trainings and employment-focused workshops.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and other required systems.
