Job summary

The role involves instructional leadership, professional development for pathway staff, and collaboration with local colleges and industry partners, with significant travel across Oakland and Richmond areas.

Qualifications

• Vast knowledge of A-G and aligned career pathway implementation (CTE programs, Linked Learning, dual enrollment).
• Proven ability to coordinate collaboration across teams and lead through influence.
• Experience in schools with adult learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pathway Programs and Operations with strategic planning.
• Provide instructional leadership and coaching to Pathway Managers and admin teams.
• Coordinate work-based learning opportunities and establish regional partnerships.
• Support recruitment, training, and professional development for pathway teachers and staff.
• Oversee grants, certifications, and facilities planning related to pathways.
• Collaborate with Bay Area colleges and industry partners to align curriculum with industry needs.
