Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with youth, immigrants, refugees, or diverse populations.
• Experience with intake, assessment, service planning, referrals, and case notes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of refugee and immigrant youth in the INTEGRITY Program.
• Conduct intake, screening, enrollment, orientation, and ongoing participant engagement.
• Develop individualized service plans with youth and families.
• Help out-of-school young adults connect to adult education, GED, ESOL, and workforce training.
• Maintain timely documentation and coordinate referrals and services.
• Collaborate with schools, ReadyCT, and community partners to support participant success.
