Job summary

Anchor House is seeking a CEAS Case Manager in Trenton, NJ, to support youth and young adults who are homeless or at risk. The role focuses on outreach, crisis intervention, and coordinating services to help youth transition to safety and stability.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, with a salary range of $50,000–$53,000. The organization emphasizes trauma-informed care, community partnerships, and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and youth.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide an abstract for review.
• Must pass criminal background checks including CARI and CHRI.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Anchor House policies and procedures.
• Provide gateway and outreach services to homeless or at-risk youth.
• Coordinate case management for youth receiving services.
• Provide crisis intervention for at-risk youth.
• Arrange access to shelters, counseling, and resources.
• Maintain HMIS data entry and accurate client records.
