Anchor House in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Case Manager (full-time) to join our team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with a salary range of $50,000–$53,000.
You will secure housing for youth, develop individualized case plans, coordinate supports, and manage referrals, transportation, and HMIS reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work or a related field; 1+ year working with youth; valid driver’s license; housing experience preferred.
