Job summary

CORA Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator for the YouthCOR program at Northwood Academy Charter School in Philadelphia. The role focuses on administrative oversight, on-site learning opportunities, and coordinating high-quality OST programming.

The position runs 31 hours weekly with a schedule across afternoons and some mornings. Starting rate is $19.50 with 3 years of experience and an AA degree, with salary commensurate with credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an out of school time program.
• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development; teaching experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Team collaboration and maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high quality programming within YouthCOR Year-Round OST Program.
• Assist in developing flagship program with on-site training for staff.
• Drive program innovation with grade-appropriate lesson plans and rigorous standards.
• Manage material requests and ensure staff are equipped for programming.
• Communicate with families via Class Dojo for open channels.
• coach and support site-based staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Assess program effectiveness and suggest modifications.
• Support partnerships and maintain scheduling and communication with partners.
