Job summary

CORA Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the YouthCOR program at St. Martin de Porres School. This role involves administrative responsibilities, developing quality programming, and supporting staff training.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience in an out of school time program. CORA offers a comprehensive benefits package and values an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an out of school time program.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high quality programming.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Drive program innovation and ensure academic standards.
• Manage daily attendance and record data accurately.
• Oversee the food program for compliance.
