Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities is seeking a Site Based Program Coordinator to support school and corporate site mentoring across the Twin Cities. You will manage youth enrollment, match support, and documentation, while upholding child safety standards.

This full-time, non-exempt role is hybrid with in-person requirements in Minneapolis, MN. Start date August 4th (flexible). Salary range $22.50–$24.00 per hour, 40+ hours weekly, evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in social services or related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with youth programming and working in school or community settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with youth, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality match support to youth, volunteers, and families.
• Recruit and enroll youth for program participation.
• Represent BBBSTC at school and corporate sites.
• Coordinate program delivery and activity planning across sites.
• Maintain accurate case notes and program records.
• Coordinate logistics and communications with participants and sites.
