Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to deliver and supervise quality programs at a KIDSTOP/Club site and pivot to other locations as needed.

You will assume full site responsibility in the Site Manager’s absence, supervise staff and volunteers, and support youth development and program planning while maintaining safe, engaging environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant job experience or training.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise quality programs and activities at a designated KIDSTOP/Club site.
• Assume full program site responsibility in the Site Manager’s absence and provide shift coverage.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, provide training, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, promote, and evaluate programs for safety and quality.
• Engage youth and build positive relationships with parents and the community.
