Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for the KIDSTOP program in Sartell, MN. This part-time role will deliver and supervise quality youth programs, oversee day-to-day site operations, and pivot to other locations as needed by the organization.

Responsibilities include planning activities, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety and a positive youth development environment. CPR/first aid is required, and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of job experience and/or training.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise quality programs at designated KIDSTOP/Club site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program schedules.
• Lead site in absence of Site Manager.
• Supervise staff and volunteers.
• Maintain attendance records and program reports.
