Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes in Southeast Michigan, guiding skill-building and personal growth. You will also accompany them into the community to support goals outside the home environment.

We offer paid training and a supportive team culture focused on helping others succeed, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Full and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentorship to Recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany Recipients to community activities to foster goals outside the home.
