Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home environment.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and benefits opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
