Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany recipients into the community to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time opportunities are available. Paid training and a flexible schedule are offered, with a focus on compassionate, dependable care. Applicants must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
