Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help individuals grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. You will also bring recipients into the community to expand opportunities and foster independence, with flexible scheduling and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
