Qualifications

• Master's in social work or related field with LICSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• 2+ years of clinical leadership experience.
• 5 years of program-specific clinical experience.
• Knowledge of children with complex psychiatric illnesses.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and bachelor-level clinicians and interns.
• Oversee intake/discharge processes and census data.
• Assign cases and monitor caseloads.
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with referral sources to ensure client flow.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Participate in crisis prevention and on-call coverage.
