Responsibilities

• Counsel, observe, and provide behavioral training and advocacy to children and families.
• Coordinate care and supervise daily living activities for students.
• Plan age-appropriate life skills and social skills through modeling and counseling.
• Ensure safe and supportive environments and coordinate with staff for supervision.
• Maintain paperwork including time sheets, level cards, and incident reporting.
