The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. is seeking a senior clinical supervisor to lead licensed and student clinicians across multiple programs.

You will oversee intake and discharge processes, supervise caseloads, coordinate services, and ensure treatment plans meet high-quality standards while collaborating with external referral sources. You will participate in clinical conferences and agency committees, provide crisis intervention as needed, and support program development under the direction

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or related field with independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• 2+ years of clinical leadership experience required.
• 5 years of program-specific clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of children with complex psychiatric illnesses.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate clinicians and interns; provide ongoing guidance and trainings.
• Oversee intake, discharge, paperwork, and census management.
• Assign cases and monitor caseload levels.
• Oversee services and treatment plans to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with referral sources to maintain client flow.
• Maintain quality assurance, documentation, and outcomes feedback.
• Participate in clinical conferences and agency meetings; serve on committees.
• Provide crisis prevention/intervention as needed.
• Provide program leadership in the director's absence.
• May manage third-party billing and insurance issues.
• Develop and implement program policies and improvements.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Carry rotating on-call coverage; may transport clients if required.
