Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead staffing coverage and oversee direct care staff within our residential programs in Boston, MA. You will collaborate with the Milieu/Program Director to hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, mediate conflicts, and conduct weekly supervisor meetings to ensure high-quality care for youth.

Responsibilities

• The Residential Supervisor will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage; hire, train, supervise, performance manage and evaluate direct care staff; mediate staff issues and employee conflicts; host team meetings for staff and provide training and weekly supervision.
