The role emphasizes trauma‑informed care, collaboration, and ongoing program development through meetings, trainings, and supervision. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, or BSW) required.
• Experience with at‑risk or justice‑involved youth preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage data, maintain accurate documentation, and meet reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems (C5, Care Logic).
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate group programming for youth participants.
• Coordinate referrals and group scheduling with Reporting Center staff.
• Track and analyze data related to referrals, attendance, and partnerships.
• Enter data into systems such as C5 and Care Logic.
• Attend supervision, staff, and team meetings to support program growth.
• Complete all required Federal, IDHS, Mandated Reporter, and Core Curriculum trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
