Youth Crisis Center is seeking a SNAP Case Manager FT in St. Augustine, FL to focus on early intervention for 6–11-year-olds displaying aggressive, anti-social behaviors. This role provides day-to-day SNAP support, intake, case management, and therapeutic work with youth and families.

The position involves coordinating program start-up, meetings, and documentation, with a emphasis on community collaboration and compliance with program standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years in social services, juvenile justice, grants/contracts administration, program management or administration, or program monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with coordinating start-up of the SNAP Program, including policy implementation and performance standards.
• Manage intakes, case management, and therapeutic work with youth and families; assist with group facilitation.
• Administer assessments, screenings and measures required by SNAP curriculum.
• Monitor program curriculum for training delivery and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Network contract requirements.
• Support documentation for programmatic, administrative, and fiscal responsibilities.
• Perform client file reviews and ensure timely completion of required tasks.
• Oversee routine inspections of SNAP areas and maintenance of supplies and spaces.
• Participate in community activities to promote SNAP and build partnerships.
• Facilitate SNAP groups and provide 1:1 or family support as needed.
• Attend trainings and meet objectives within set timeframes.
