Job summary

TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities) is hiring a full-time Case Manager to deliver crisis intervention, care management, and behavioral support to foster parents and youth. The role involves coordinating services, agencies, and resources to help clients achieve established goals and navigate complex needs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or psychology and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services, social work, psychology or related field.
• 1+ year experience in human service activities or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ethics for substance abuse professionals and confidentiality laws.
• Knowledge of child welfare system and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, care management and behavior support to foster parents and youth in care.
• Coordinate services, agencies, resources and people to meet clients’ goals.
• Screen and assess clients for eligibility for agency services.
• Adhere to service hour protocols and maintain accurate reporting of services.
