YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Housing Services Manager to lead 16+ commissioned services across Mansfield, Ashfield and Nottingham. The role focuses on achieving positive outcomes for young people through education or employment access and independent living skills.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive service improvements and build partnerships with local authorities and care partners to deliver high‑quality accommodation and support.

Qualificações

• Experience leading housing or supported accommodation services.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to manage KPIs, audits and contractual data.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Housing Services staff to meet KPIs under commissioned contracts.
• Oversee safeguarding incidents and multi‑agency meetings with Social Care and partners.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Domestic teams to keep properties well maintained.
• Drive quality audits of support plans, risk assessments and KPI areas.
• Manage quarterly contract reviews with Commissioners and analyze KPI data.
• Ensure compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations and Ofsted oversight.
