YMCA Robin Hood Group in Mansfield is seeking Casual Housing Duty Workers to provide flexible cover for holidays, sickness and busy periods. The role supports our housing residents, helps with routine tasks, and contributes to the smooth running of the hostel.

We welcome applicants who can work varying shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends, with DBS clearance supported by YMCA and a commitment to safeguarding residents.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and assistance to residents.
• Provide keys and replacements where needed.
• Collect rent payments and answer queries related to rent.
• Explain tenant obligations and rights per License Agreement.
• Take payments and provide first aid.
