Job summary

Your Housing Group is recruiting for a Project Officer/Support Worker at Bridge Foyer, Chester. You will support 16-25 year-olds on a 3-weekly rota, helping them develop life skills, independence and resilience within a supportive team.

The role involves 1-2-1 sessions, multi-agency collaboration and delivering engaging activities. The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours weekly, with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension contributions and healthcare, plus generous

• Deliver 1-2-1 support sessions and contribute to learning programmes.
• Occasionally cover lone-working and scheme duties.
