Job summary
Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Full-time Case Manager to provide housing navigation and intensive case management for youth experiencing homelessness across a seven-county area. You will conduct needs-based assessments, coordinate housing referrals, and assist with rental assistance and public benefits.
The role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, use of data systems such as Homeless Management Information System and Service Point, and a commitment to VOAC's
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or closely related field.
- At least one year of direct, full-time case management experience with youth experiencing homelessness.
- Experience with literally homeless population; youth-headed households.
Responsibilities
- Ensure participant voice is heard in programming.
- Provide intensive case management and engage participants in services.
- Coordinate housing navigation and referrals for participating households.
- Assist in securing emergency housing and maintaining housing stability.
