Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources. The role includes recruiting, training, and supervising staff, volunteers, and interns, typically up to three direct reports.

The position involves outreach with community agencies, promoting VOA resources, and ongoing collaboration with team members, program participants, and stakeholders. A Colorado driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field or related experience.
• 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience.
• Experience leading teams of professionals and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
• Must possess a Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
• Must have a personal vehicle for work-related travel and mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordination with funding sources.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and interns (up to 3 direct reports).
• Conduct outreach with the team and stakeholders; promote VOA resources and services.
• Ensure program objectives are met and maintain compliance with funder requirements.
