Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) at the Billings Campus to support a trauma-informed environment and deliver substance abuse services for youth with complex trauma histories.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, arranging group and individual therapy, maintaining EMR records, and participating in treatment planning and PQI initiatives to advance agency goals.

Formación

• Minimum 2-year degree or certificate in addiction studies or related field.
• Montana LAC license required.
• 21 years old or older.
• Willing/able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct confidential chemical dependency assessments per DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
• Schedule and lead group, individual, and family therapy sessions for youth.
• Maintain EMR documentation reflecting treatment initiation and progress.
• Provide follow-up planning and aftercare as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and supervision meetings.
• Support PQI goals and align with agency mission and values.
