Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks a Licensed Addictions Counselor to support a trauma-informed environment and deliver evidence-based substance abuse services to youth. The role involves assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordination of aftercare within a mission-driven team.

Applicants should have an AA degree or related credential with 330 contact hours and Montana LAC licensure. A strong work ethic, reliability, and positive youth mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in alcohol/drug studies with at least 330 contact hours.
• Montana LAC license required or eligible for licensure.
• Ability to conduct DSM-5 / ASAM-based assessments and therapy.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and youth services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct confidential chemical dependency assessments per DSM-5 and ASAM.
• Schedule and run group, individual, and family therapy with youth.
• Maintain EMR notes reflecting treatment initiation and progress.
• Provide aftercare planning and participate in treatment planning meetings.
• Engage in supervision and contribute to PQI goals.
