Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, MT is seeking a part-time Mental Health Worker to support a trauma-informed residential program. You will supervise daily activities, teach social and living skills, and model positive behavior for youth in treatment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programming, maintaining a safe milieu, completing documentation, liaising with families, and leading psycho-educational groups.

Formación

• 21 years old or older.
• Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance required by Montana.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certification.
• Trauma-informed approach and compassionate service.

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment programming and provide feedback for each child in the unit.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and therapeutic milieu in the treatment unit.
• Supervise youth at all times while teaching coping and daily living skills.
• Complete proper treatment documentation on time per YBGR policies.
• Serve as liaison to families/agencies with weekly contacts.
• Support therapeutic procedures assigned by the Program Manager.
• Design psycho-educational groups to increase knowledge and skills.
