Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
• Complete MDHHS Wraparound training.
• Criminal history screen including state/local child protection registries.
• Supervised by CHMP who has completed MDHHS required training.

Responsibilities
