The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience with at-risk youth, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with an electronic health record system is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance."
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, develop, and ensure direct services to participants and families.
• Develop service plans based on wrap-around, strength-based approach.
• Be knowledgeable in child welfare and neighborhood-based approaches to aiding youth and families in crisis.
