Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. is hiring a Family Support Specialist to provide in-home, school-based, and community support for youth and families.

You will develop individualized care plans and deliver tailored interventions to foster social, emotional, and physical well-being. Working with treatment teams, educators, and families, you will meet weekly with supervisors for case reviews, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and participate in PQI initiatives while upholding agency

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fingerprint background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by Montana.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans: create and implement evidence-based intervention strategies for each youth.
• Direct youth support: provide therapeutic support in school, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, families, and communities to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all required information in the EMR system per agency standards.
• Support agency mission and participate in PQI initiatives.
