Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Family Support Specialist 2 in Bozeman, MT to provide in-home support and develop personalized plans that empower youth to thrive at home, school, and in the community.

You’ll collaborate with a treatment team, document in the EMR, and participate in ongoing supervision and training, upholding the agency’s values of Faith, Integrity, Relationship, and Stewardship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fingerprint background check and state child abuse registry clearance.
Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certifications.

Responsibilities

Empower families: assess needs and deliver targeted interventions.
Design individualized plans using evidence-based practices.
Deliver direct support in home, school, and community settings.
Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, clinicians, families, and stakeholders to build comprehensive plans.
Document accurately in EMR according to agency standards.
Contribute to PQI initiatives and agency-wide goals.
Model professionalism and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.
Identify challenges and proactively seek solutions.
