Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide compassionate, evidence-based intervention across in-home, school-based, and community settings for youth and families in Montana. You will collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families to craft personalized care plans and ensure trauma-informed support.

Responsibilities include direct youth support, accurate EMR documentation, and ongoing professional development while advancing YBGR’s mission and PQI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or 6 years of related experience.
• Fingerprint background check and child abuse registry clearance required.
• Ability to drive to multiple locations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans and evidence-based intervention strategies for youth.
• Direct youth support in school, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators and families for comprehensive care.
• Document all activities in the EMR system per agency standards.
• Support PQI initiatives and represent YBGR professionally externally.
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional duties to support agency operations and client needs.
