Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks a Family Support Specialist to provide in-home, school-based, and community support for youth. You will work with treatment teams to craft personalized care plans and deliver tailored services, promoting social and emotional well-being while maintaining documentation accuracy in the EMR system.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to YBGR’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build rapport with youth and families within therapeutic boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and basic typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapeutic support in school, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families for comprehensive care.
• Complete documentation in the EMR system in compliance with agency standards.
• Support PQI initiatives and represent YBGR professionally.
