Job summary

The Village Network in Wooster, OH is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide direct supervision of direct care staff and support clinical treatment for youth and their families. The role includes scheduling, on-call coverage, and assisting with treatment plans within a collaborative team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or 3+ years of related experience) and strong communication, de-escalation, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field or 3+ years of relative experience.
• 2 years previous experience working with adolescents with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, de-escalation/conflict management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides formal supervision of direct care staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Manages group coverage, scheduling, and on-call responsibilities; assists with treatment plans.
• Maintains licensing, safety, and maintenance requirements; supports crisis intervention as needed.
