Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Behavioral Management Specialist for the Wooster campus on the night shift. You will provide direct care, oversee behavior management, and support therapeutic activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include coordination with staff, transportation when needed, and data documentation to ensure safe, structured environments for youth. Qualifications include a Diploma/GED (or higher), 3+ years in behavioral health preferred, and a valid Ohio driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and clinical support in a residential setting.
• Manage behavior and document behavior modification plans.
• Coordinate with teachers/therapists and supervise meals/attendance as needed.
• Conduct crisis or individual counseling and psych-educational groups.
• Assist with transportation and parent communication when required.
