Job summary

ProYouth Expanded Learning is seeking an Elementary Enrichment Specialist to plan and implement programs that extend learning beyond the classroom, serving students across multiple sites including Sequoia HS. The role emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, and social-emotional growth in a part-time, non-exempt setting.

You’ll develop engaging curricula, monitor student progress, communicate with families and site staff, and help build a positive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 48 college units or NCLB Paraprofessional Certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with youth desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify students for enrichment programs.
• Develop curricula using higher-level thinking.
• Communicate progress with parents and administrators.
• Provide individualized activities and group practice.
• Track data to assess program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with staff to build a high-performing team.
• Model positive youth development and core competencies.
