Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-age youth in educational settings.
• Ability to design and lead enrichment activities for youth.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and lead hands-on enrichment activities for elementary and/or middle school students.
• Create lesson plans aligned with Program Quality Assessment standards and submit two weeks in advance.
• Collaborate with the Site Coordinator to promote activities and recruit participants.
• Maintain schedules, manage attendance, and address student behavior.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and occasional sessions outside regular hours.
• Keep learning spaces clean and organized and reflect on data to improve outcomes.
