Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a supporting role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to local schools.
• Ability to work as part of an integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the local Youth Engagement Director with fundraising duties and Kick Off Assemblies.
• Data entry, spreadsheet management and expense report support.
• Facilitate online material orders for schools and staff.
• Coordinate with local print vendor for print orders.
• Ensure adherence to Youth Engagement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with national and regional counterparts.
• Maintain accurate volunteer and supporter data in CRM and Microsoft platforms.
