Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or related field.
• Ability to do daily local travel; access to reliable transportation.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work productively from home and in the field with flexible work arrangements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM data management.

Responsibilities

• Meet a fundraising goal of $307k through student recruitment and account management.
• Recruit and engage students through schools and districts in Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge.
• Implement strategies to engage students through classroom activities and events (in-person and digital).
• Cultivate relationships with teachers, principals, and district officials.
• Maintain accurate volunteer and supporter data in CRM and Microsoft platforms.
